You can return unused, undecorated item in its original packaging for a refund within 14 days of delivery. In the case of defective merchandise or mistakes in personalization/customization, you have 14 days from receipt of the item to contact Emerald Coast Hats about a return authorization.

Hats are sent via USPS and will arrive within 3-5 days of sent.
